Fixtures: Under 21 Final, Friday 19/12/14, Clan Na Gael, Roche, 8.00pm.
Under 21: The under 21's had a one point victory 2-5 to 1-9 on Friday night last and are now in the final of this competition. A close game all the way with only a point between the teams at half time but an excellent result in the end against an inform St.Fechins team that had already accounted for the Oliver Plunketts and the Geraldine's. Well done to all the lads and the mentors on reaching the final next Friday night in Roche, throw in 8.00pm.

Bingo: Bingo will continue in our clubrooms this Wednesday 17th December at 8.00pm, jackpot €5,400 in 48 numbers. All welcome.
Social Dancing: There will be social dancing on Saturday 20th December in our clubrooms from 9.00pm, Music by Show Bud, admission €10, loads of spot prizes and refreshments will be served.
Bingo Extra: Extra bingo session's on Sunday 21st December at 3.00pm and also on Sunday 28th December at 3.00pm.
Christmas: As this is the last newsletter of the year, on behalf of the club I would like to wish all our members, supporters, sponsors, friends and all who read this newsletter, a very happy Christmas and a prosperous new year.
National Club Draw: O'Connell's tickets for the national club draw are now on sale, tickets cost €10 and all money made stays with the club. There are 15 top prizes and also every ticket bought will be entered into a special club draw for 5 x €100 prizes, tickets are available from any committee member and will also be available from some of our members after the AGM. Closing date for the draw is January 24th 2015. The 15 prizes range from, two trips with the 2015 all-stars, trip to New York, travel voucher worth €1500, 2 shopping vouchers each worth €1000 at retailer of your choice, 1 All-Ireland football & hurling finals corporate package that includes 2 nights hotel accommodation for both weekends and a range of other corporate final packages and also football and hurling final packages with overnight accommodation. But the main point of this draw is that all money from ticket sales remains with our club. Your support would be very much appreciated.
