Our under 21 championship started last weekend and unfortunately ended in defeat to Ardagh/ Moydow  in Keenan Park in Ardagh on Sunday last. Final score was 1-9 to 7 points. Next weekend we face Granard/Ballymore in the same competition with a win vital to progress to the knock out stages.

 

Our lotto draw took place on Sunday night in Begleys bar and the numbers drawn were 2,8,11 and 23. There was no jackpot winner. €20 winners were Declan Rowley, Mary Clarke, Corlea, Jonathon Reynolds, Longford, Pat Doherty, Esker and Vera Gilna, Esker. This weeks sellers prize went to Frank Toher. Next weeks draw for  a Jackpot of €4,400 takes place in Begleys bar on Sunday night next.

 

Finally we offer our condolences to the Carolan family, Cavan,  originally from Kelliter on their bereavement last week.
