Tony Devlin believes his Longford minors have "a great chance" against Derry in Saturday's All-Ireland quarter-final.

Despite their Leinster final defeat to Kildare, the midlanders are still in the All-Ireland series and will lock horns with the Oak Leaf County in Enniskillen on Saturday afternoon.

"We have good quality players and if we are honest with ourselves we could have played better than we did against Kildare," Devlin notes in The Longford Leader.

"If we can get the little things right and avoid making mistakes then we are in with a great chance. There is a great opportunity for these lads to reach an All-Ireland semi-final. It's a huge prize."
