Killoe Emmet Og still have a senior and junior double on their minds, but in the JFC final, they will face old rivals Longford Slashers.

The junior football championship semi finals were played last weekend and both were close encounters that could have went either way.

However, Longford Slashers saw off Fr Manning Gaels on a score of 3-07 to 2-08 to qualify for the second successive final at this level.

In the other semi final, Killoe hit three late points without reply to see off the determined challenge of Carrickedmond in the second semi final.
