Dromard Club Notes

Sympathy: Dromard GAA extends its sympathy to the Blessing family on the death of Martina Blessing (née O’Hara), Celbridge, Kildare and formerly of Arva. Martina’s husband John is a former Longford footballer and captained Clonguish to championship success in 1981. Martina is also an Aunt of Nicky O’Hara, former trainer of the Dromard ladies footballers. The Club offers its condolences to John and the extended Blessing and O’Hara families.

Dromard GAA offers its sympathy to the McEvoy family on the death of Ned McEvoy, Kiltyclough, Ballinalee. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a n-anamneacha.

Dromard Parish Weekly Online Mass: The second online broadcast of Mass took place on Saturday. Thank you to all who tuned in and thanks to our Parish Priest Fr Pat Lennon and to all who help make it possible. Fr. Message to the Community on COVID-19: We hope that all our members, players and supporters are keeping well and minding yourselves. Dromard GAA club would like to offer their support to anyone in the community who needs help with collecting prescriptions, groceries or any other essential items during this difficult time.
