Wow, what an afternoon we had, as the GAA once again brings about the excitement other sports just can't do. That's all from us, we'll be back for finals weekend on Saturday and Sunday next.

HL: Galway 0-19 Waterford 1-18 FT

Waterford hold on for the win, brilliant stuff by the Munster men who face Limerick in next Sunday's HL1 final.

HL: Galway 0-19 Waterford 1-18

Flynn makes it a two point game now..

HL: Galway 0-18 Waterford 1-18

A goal between them now as Glennon points.

We're up to 12 minutes of added time, six of those already played.

HL: Galway 0-17 Waterford 1-18

Mahony with a great score after good work by Hogan.

Eight minutes of added time, but we're in the 74th minute already.

Canning is stretchered off as Jason Flynn misses the '65.

We'll have about seven minutes added time in total.

Jarlath Mannion replaces Canning.

Doesn't look as if Canning will play on after that tackle by Moran, which was perfectly timed to be fair.

Football league final double-header next Saturday in Croke Park Div 2 - Meath v Donegal, 5pm Div 4 - Derry v Leitrim, 3pm

Canning is hit a timely shoulder by Kevin Moran just as he was about to stroke for goal. What a tackle.

FL2 Final:

Meath v. Donegal in Croke Park next Saturday at 5pm.

HL: Galway 0-17 Waterford 1-17

Pauric Mahony adds a point for Waterford.

Galway have not scores since the 49th minute. Strange this as they were playing very well up until that.

Padraig Mannion is wide from out the field.

We've hit the 65th minute mark and Galway are searching for their next score, but aside from a Davy Glennon wide, they haven't really come close.

HL: Galway 0-17 Waterford 1-16

Stephen Bennett adds a free and Waterford lead by two. They are well on top at the moment even though they are down to 14 men.

Four unanswered points have put Waterford into the lead, 62 minutes played.
