U11s

On Saturday 21st May 2016, the U11 Killeedy travelled to Askeaton to play the first round of the U11 Hurling competition. The Askeaton team started off well but Killeedy came back very strong and won by a good margin. The team worked very well together. This was a great start to this competition.

U14s

'Put us on the right road' pleaded Johnny Kennedy and Tomás McEnery at half time to their young guns against Templeglantine in Killeedy last Monday night and they duly obliged by going out to give a sterling second half display  . The scores were at 1-1 to 2-3 at half time with all to play for but Killeedy were got going to leave this after them and fought for every ball right up to the end to win on  scoreline of 4-6 to 1-2 .Great goals by Jason Culhane ,Billy Cunningham ,Paul  Begley and Michael Noonan were only part of what this whole team are now coming to .With great work by their trainers they seem to have the right appetite and starting with TJ Kelly in goals we have fellas in every positon that can hold their own with anyone .They will be back training again Thursday night andSaturday morning with their next game against Croagh Kilfinny in Croagh Wednesday week  on June the 1st .
