Friday last the 29th of April a strong representation of our U8 hailed on Mac Nevil park in Rathkeale to encounter their first blitz of the season. Coming out in force we had two teams in the black and white jerseys. With three games each the boys got to display there ever improving skills against their opponents Croom/kilfinnee, Knockaderry and Adare. Each match showed the team gearing up their passion and desire in both attacking and defence. Despite the cold felt by the supporters the boys showed no signs of feeling it as they all got suck in and embraced each games with conviction.
Well done to all the teams, trainers and supporters who made the blitz possible.
