John Brudair's tenure as Limerick football manager is set to be extended.

The Limerick Leader is reporting that Brudair's name will be put forward for another term at tonight's football committee meeting in the Woodlands House Hotel. Brudair, who guided Dromcollogher-Broadford to Munster club glory in 2008, has already served two years at the Treaty County helm.

Limerick's 2015 campaign ended with a battling display against All-Ireland semi-finalists Tyrone in Omagh.

Outgoing selectors Mike Fahy (Dromcollogher-Broadford) and Declan Brouder (Newcastle West) are also expected to remain on, but Brudair must find replacements for physical trainer Mikey Kiely and coach Diarmuid Mullins if he gets the green light to continue.
