We defeated St Kierans in the Co League in Coolcappa last Tuesday evening by2 points .

We lost out to Ballingarry in the above competition by 7 points in a misty Bog Garden last Saturday evening. In a game where goals swung the game , Ballingarry took their changes , whereas we left 3 really good chances including a saved penalty go abegging. Next up in the Co Chapionship v K/ Pallaskenry on Sunday 2nd August at 12 midday. All support is greatly appreciated.

The U12's continued on their winning ways on Thursday evening last in Patrickswell Patrickswell. Newcastlewest hurled extremely well throughout the game with every boy playing to their potential. Gret scores and great defending was seen with all the skills of the game being exhibited by both teams.Well done to Patrickswell and Newcastlewest for proviving a truly great entertaining game.

Newcastlewest Annual GAA Golf Classic
Newcastlewest Gaa Club are holding a Golf Classic on 15th August to raise much needed funds to assist in the further development of our facilities.
It is proposed that we build a top class hurling alley in 2015 and have submitted a planning application for same.
This will be of great benefit to both our young hurlers and footballers .

Pieta are delighted to announce the launch of the inaugural PIETA 100 Charity Cycle, taking place on Sunday 27th September in 3 locations around Ireland. LIMERICK, CORK AND GALWAY.
Each venue will host 2 Routes, a 50k for all our leisure Cyclists and a 100k for the more experienced.
