Limerick minor manager Leo O'Connor admits that they have much work to do if they are to retain their Munster MHC title.
The Treaty youngster suffered a heavy defeat to Cork in the opening round of the provincial campaign last week, their first defeat in over a year at that level.
They are now preparing for a backdoor clash against Waterford on May 6th with the winners facing Cork again in the Munster semi-final on July 1st.
"We will go back training and have a look towards Waterford," O'Connor told the Limerick Leader. "I'm not too interested in anyone else really.
"It's about us and getting ourselves right. We have a few weeks to do so and we will be working hard during that period."
