Intermediate Football
Claughaun 4-10 Gerald Griffins 0-05. We finally played to our potential last Sunday in Askeaton in a situation we should never have found ourselves in. If the same effort had been put in throughout the year, we could have been challenging for honours. Nonetheless the players put in a super performance where they dominated from start to finish. All in the club would like to say thank you to all the players and management for maintaining our intermediate status and hopefully we can learn from this for next year.
Intermediate Hurling
The intermediate hurlers are out this Friday evening at 8pm in Rathkeale vs Feenagh/Kilmeedy in the last round of the intermediate hurling championship. All support welcome.
U13 Hurling
The under 13 hurlers had two big wins in the last week beating Caherline 6-02 to 2-07 and beating Blackrock 6-08 to 1-03. They are out this Thursday vs Glenroe in Ballylanders. Well done to all involved.
We will be having our race night 14th November. Due to the hurlers playing this Friday we will be doing door to door sales the following Friday. Anyone interested in helping out contact any club member.
Club Lotto
The next draw will take place on Monday 6th October. The jackpot stands at €2,400. Tickets available in the clubhouse or online at locallotto.ie
