The game was fast paced hard and physical hurling . The first half was even enough for both teams with both sides having a period of dominance to get on top.It was Pallasgreen who took the advantage and by half time it was Pallasgreen ahead 0-10 to 0-5.
First half scores by Aaron Power,Kevin Wixted and David Balfry.
In the Second half and it was more of the same we got off to the better start and a couple of quick points had the lead down to three points but 12 minutes into the second half Pallasgreen got there first goal and for there on held on to the lead. Credit to our lads they never gave up and did cause a lot of trouble to Pallasgreen and kept going right to the very end but could not get the goals needed to get the required result Scores in the second half for Caherline came from Gary Murphy,Wiliam Hourigan and Peter Tiernan and at fulltime it was Pallasgreen who picked up the win on fulltime score of 2-14 to 0-10.
