LOTTO: There was no winner of last week's jackpot of €11,200 numbers drawn were 8,18,28 and 32. The next jackpot will be €11,500. Our four lucky dip winners were D.O'Brien,, A O'Flaherty, K Noone,and P&E O'Connor Tickets can be purchased on a weekly basis from local shops and pubs. Please support us as this support is vital to the development of the club.
Monaleen GAA Duck Race - August 9th at 7 p.m. in Annacotty Village. This is our inaugural duck race, and promises to be a very entertaining evening. This event is sponsored by The Black Swan in Annacotty, and ducks are on sale in local shops, at €5 each or 3 for €10.00. You can also contact Alan Kitson, Caroline O'Kane, Bernard Carroll, Tony Power, Shane Mullane and Keenan Mullane, who will happily supply the ducks.
Summer Camp - Monaleen GAA are considering running a camp during the week of August 18th - 22nd, for children aged 6 - 12. If you are interested, please contact Caroline at 087 6448807

Gaelic for Mothers & Others: Our Gaelic for Mothers and Others is on a two week break. We train on Wednesday nights from 8p.m. to 9 p.m. in the Clubhouse Field. Each week more and more are coming along, for what is proving to be an hour of great fun.
U10/U8: The girls are on a break at the moment and will be back to it in the first weeks of September then!

JUVENILE HURLING & FOOTBALL: Don't forget the mouthguards! All juvenile fixtures (U13-U16) for the year are now available on the calendar on the website. (www.monaleen.gaa.ie/club-calendar)

2001 Football: Training takes place each Tuesday evening at 7.15 p.m.
2002 Footballers: Training each Monday at 6.30pm in Peafield Road.
U6/U7/U8 Hurling, U6's (2008) group have now finished up for the summer break.
U7/U8: Next training not until 15th Aug, with Blitz on 22nd Aug.
U6 Football are taking a break for July and August.
U7/U8 Football : now training Mondays at the Clubhouse at 6.30 p.m
U 10s
u-10 (2004) Hurling - The U-10's took part in the July Mackey cluster blitz last Friday night in UL.
Our playing numbers were significantly reduced on the night with a lot of our players away on their well earned holidays. A number of U8's & U9's were drafted in and acquitted themselves well on the night. The team played Ballybrown, Na Piarsaigh & Murroe-Boher and had three very close and enjoyable games. Squad: Ben Murnane, Eoghan Kelleher, Tom D'Arcy, Paul Canny, Tony Power, Darragh Clifford, Darragh Murray, Leon McMahon, Mark Kinsella, Ben Hayes, Oisin O'Connor.
The U-10's will now take a break until the end of August.

U-10 (2004) Footballers are now on their summer break until end of August.

U11 Hurling: Training continues on Fridays in Peafield 6pm.
U11 Football: Are on a break until the end of August.
U12 Football: We are on summer break from U12 football until the middle of August,
U13 Football: Training continues on Tuesday evening s at 7:15 at the clubhouse
U14 : Training continues most Mondays and Fridays.
U16 Football: Our U16 footballers had a good win over St Patricks Last Monday night in the u16 championship ably assisted by a large number of u15's. Training for U15's and U16's has been changed to Thursday at 7.30 in Newtown.
U16 hurling: Training continues on Sunday afternoons 3pm, clubhouse pitch

Having a Party? The Clubhouse is available to hire for private parties - 21st, 30th, 40th, Christenings/Communions, etc. Talk to Tony Power, Caroline O'Kane or Paudie Ryan in the Bar
