MEN ON THE MOVE

 

Great to see so many men down in the club trying to shake off the Christmas excess with the " Men on the move " program being run weekly.

A physical activity program for men who want to get back into exercising in a fun way.

Sessions structured so you find your level that is appropriate for you.

If you are interested in signing up just call down to the club any Wednesday night.

 

 

CHILD PROTECTION WORKSHOP

A Child protection workshop will be held in Na Piarsaigh on Wednesday, the 29th of January 2020 commencing at 7 pm.
All persons involved in coaching children are legally required to complete this workshop. Please note change of date to Wednesday, the 29th of January 2020.
