UNDER 21 FOOTBALLERS

 

Our under 21 footballers made it 2 wins from 2 starts following a very good win over Fr Casey's in Askeaton on Saturday..

A very good team performance and one that puts them in a good position with Adare next on the fixture list.

Final score Na Piarsaigh 1-8 Fr Casey's 0-9

 

FOOTBALL PRESENTATION NIGHT.

 

Our adult football teams held a very successful presentation night on Saturday where all Ireland winning Kerry footballer Marc O Shea was our special guest on the night.

Marc helped present the senior team with their City Championship medals along with players of the year which were Anthony Kavanagh at senior level and Brian Hartnett at Junior .

We wish to acknowledge the efforts of all the players and management teams this past season and look forward to next season in earnest.

The weekly bingo is going strong with the current snowball jackpot at €950.

Doors open at 7.30 with first call at 8pm sharp.

Sellers prize went to Paddy Dowling and Gerry Shannon won the house draw.

KATE O DONNELL BENEFIT NIGHT.

 

With a little over 2 week to the event we encourage people to get their tickets for what will be a great night of music.

The night is headlined by local artist Emma Langford and friends in support of Kate a former Na Piarsaigh camogie player who was diagnosed with a rare form of liver cancer 

Tickets are €20 each for what is truly a very good cause.

Get your ticket from any seller or from the club bar any evening or contact Club PRO Derek Giltenan who will help you to get tickets.

 

CLUB NA nOG

 

Our weekly training continues each Saturday morning before our holiday break up in early December. 

If you have a child who wishes to be involved in the GAA why not bring them down any Saturday from 10 to 11am

All equipment may be obtained through our club shop which is situated in the dressing room area of the field.
