Ballinaglera club notes

November 24, 2015

The Scrapbook of Regrets - A great day was had in Dowra Courthouse on Sunday last at the launch of St Hugh's National School's The Scrapbook of Regrets in which GAA legends reveal their greatest sporting regrets. It was fantastic to see so many people at the launch to the support the book including former GAA players and Uachtarán Chumann Lúthchleas Gael Aogán Ó Fearghail. A huge amount of credit should go to Principal Padraig Kenny, the staff of St Hugh's and the board of management, as well as the parents and the not forgetting the children for such a high quality finished product. Crammed with colour photographs, newspaper cuttings and match programme images from different eras, this one-of-a-kind publication is sure to enthral GAA fans. For information on ordering the book email [email protected] or call 071 9643444.
