Ballinaglera GAA club notes

Club Meeting: The November meeting takes place on Wednesday 18th of November at 9.30pm sharp. All club members please attend.
U-21's: The U-21's game was called off at the weekend. They are due to play two fixtures this weekend as a result. Friday night they play away to Fenagh-Gortletteragh at 8.30pm and Sunday in Drumshanbo at 12:00pm against St Brigids. Please support.
Awards Night: The club Awards Night will take place in The Melrose Inn, Dowra on Saturday November 28th. There will be music with DJ Brian Markey and refreshments on the night. 
National Club Draw: Tickets are now available at a cost €10 of each with fantastic prizes including a new car, holidays and GAA tickets to name but a few. The club retains all of the proceeds of the draw and will also do an internal draw for two vouchers for anyone who enters. Tickets are available from club members and in local businesses. 
St Francis Ladies: The ladies are bringing the Intermediate cup to Rynn's in Ballinaglera on Saturday December 5th. There will be music and refreshments served on the night. 
Another date for your diary St Francis Ladies Dinner Dance and Medal Presentation takes place in The Bush Hotel on Saturday January 16th. More details next week.
The Scrapbook of Regrets - St Hugh's National School in Dowra have published a full-colour book in which GAA legends reveal their greatest sporting regrets. Crammed with colour photographs, newspaper cuttings and match programme images from different eras, this one-of-a-kind publication is sure to enthral GAA fans. The book will be officially launched in Dowra Courthouse on the 22nd of November at 3pm with special guest speaker on the day GAA President Aogán Ó Fearghail.
