Minor Championship

St Manachan's did not adapt as well as Gortina to the awful conditions in Cornageeha on Wed evening last. Gortina finished worthy winners in the first round of the Minor A Championship. One wonders why the game went ahead as all the other A minor games were called off following torrential rain all day. The team and scorers was A Keenan, K Flynn, J Mcgarry, E Harkin, D Mitchell, A Tuthill, S Harkin 0-1, E Keegan, T Mulligan, E Harkin, J Stenson, R Murphy, F McGuinness 1-0, R Gordon 0-3, S McGuinness.Sub, Liam Rowley.  .

Bowling

The players once again ran a very successful fundraising event in Longford Megabowl on Friday night. A large crowd took part and the winners were: 1st Prize, The Lemmons, Padraig Davis, Ciaran Lennon, Gavin Tonra and Seamus Browne. 2nd Prize Boothies Boobies, Cian McGuinness, Alan McLoughlin, Darren Booth and Daniel O Bradaigh. 3rd Prize, J F's Army, Ronan Gallagher, Paul McLoughlin, John Farrell and Shane Quinn. We must give special recognition to Seamus Browne who was on the winning team in Longford Megabowl. Seamus proved he is a very talented bowler and that his heart and soul is embedded in the Mohill Club at every level. We really appreciate all you do Seamus and every team would be lost without you. We wish a speedy recovery to Seamus's mother Marie who is recovering from surgery.

Senior Championship

We finished top of our Group in the Championship with a big win over Kiltubrid on Saturday.  We now await the serious knock out games.

Annual Draw

Tickets are now on sale for our Annual Fundraising Draw. Tickets are 20 Euro or 3 for 50 Euro. New Dressing rooms- that are sorely needed- are in the pipeline so we would ask everyone to be generous in their support.
