Folks keep Easter Sunday 5th April free in your diaries for the Ballinamore Sean O'Heslin's Dinner Dance which will be held in the Standing Stone. More details to follow. 

Ballinamore Community Operation Transformation Programme
There is a fitness class suitable for everybody in our community. Starting Tuesday the
27th of Jan. Sessions in Ballinamore GAA gym Tuesday from 6.30pm - 7.05pm
very intense quick bootcamp session.  From 7.05pm - 7.40pm gym session to
introduce you to exercises. Both sessions are for males and females. Throughout the sessions there will be health, fitness & motivation talks with an optional fitness assessment and weigh in available. Women's toning class Wed at 7.30pm & men's gym workout Wed at 8.30pm. Community walk every Sunday at 9.30am from the gaa pitch to the golf club. (€35 for 5 weeks payable to Sean O Heslins club on the first night & you can attend whatever classes you choose)

Comhghairdeas
Congratulations to Ballinamore's Colin Griffin who has had a busy week. Back in 2012 Colin had one of his best career performances at the World Cup where he finished in Olympic qualification position of 15th but now has been upgraded to 12th. In a continuing busy week for Colin he was interviewed on UTV Ireland's new news and sports show and was also interviewed by Leitrim's Colin Regan alongside Leitrim Senior Football team manager Shane Ward at the Leitrim Supporters Club launch in Croke Park last Thursday night.

Commiserations
Well done to the Ballinamore SOH contingent who represented Leitrim in the Semi Final of the Hastings Cup. Hard luck to Leitrim who were narrowly defeated by 1 point in a match that went to extra time.

Leitrim Ladies
Leitrim take on Roscommon on Sunday 1st February in Ballinamore at 2pm. Your support would be greatly appreciated. Stewards required, if you are available please make yourself known to Alan Banks.

Folks, please note fitness classes are ongoing with the usual schedule; Ballinamore hall Mon & Thurs at 8pm, Ballinamore GAA Gym Tues & Thurs at 11am & Wednesday at 6.30pm & 7.30pm.
