Under 16's on the Double!
Sunday last was a fantastic day for the parish as we saw both our Under 16 boys and girls teams emerging victorious in their respective county finals in Fenagh.  The boys began the afternoon with a hard fought but thoroughly deserved 6 point victory over Gortletteragh, before the Girls took on the same opposition and capped off a great day by storming to a comprehensive victory in their final.  Let from defense by Captain Sarah McCormack, the Kiltubrid ladies dominated proceedings from word go and showed great teamwork, skill, courage and determination to capture a well deserved victory. A big thanks to their mentors and all those who helped out over the course of the year, it was a great reward to finish the year with some silverware!  Also thanks to Mary and Kieran McKeon of McKeons bar in Kesh who provided some well deserved refreshments for the girls after their win!

Juniors
This coming Friday night sees the Mens Junior A team play neighbours St Marys in the Junior A County Final. The game is fixed for Cloone, under Lights at 8 pm. Best of luck to all involved and we hope to see a large Kiltubrid contingent out in support.

Thank You
As another year of competitive action comes to a close Kiltubrid Ladies would like to thank all those who helped out in the club over the past year.  To all the parents who acted as taxis to training and games throughout the year a big thank you! To all the coaches who helped mentor our teams in particular our underage squads, a huge thank you, the progress and development our young players are making is down to the work and effort you have put in throughout the year so we thank you most sincerely. And of course to the players themselves to all the girls who lined out in the green and red and gave it their all throughout the year a big well done and thank you! We hope to see you all back bigger and better in 2015!
