Underage Leagues - with all games wiped out last weekend due to the weather this Saturday sees the start of the Newtowngore Engineering u17 league and the Barna Waste Leitrim Longford u13 league. The u17's play Leitrim Gaels away at 12pm and the u13's play Wolfe Tones, Edgeworthstown also away and unfortunately at the same time.

 

Leitrim Gaa Awards - Congrats to Alan Doonan who received the Leitrim Junior Player of the Year Award at last weekend's ceremony in the Bush Hotel. 

 

National Football League - good luck to Donal Wrynn, Ryan O'Rourke, Jack Gilheany, Oisin McLoughlin and the Leitrim team who play Offaly in a crucial game on Sunday next in Avantcard Pairc Sean MacDiarmada. Details of the refixed Connacht u20 game v Galway and featuring Eoin McLoughlin, Conor Dwyer, Mark Keegan and Oisin McLoughlin is awaited.

 

Fenagh St Caillin's Lotto - our most recent lotto draw took place on Sunday night last in Quinn's Bar. The jackpot was €4300. Numbers drawn  were 6 5 3 1 7 4 8 2. There was no jackpot winner. €20 winners on the night were Shane McGovern, Bridie McGovern and Calum Smith. The winner of the €20 draw for yearly ticket holders was Shane O'Rourke.
