Manager hunt is well underway

December 08, 2017

The annual race of clubs chasing new managers is well underway in Leitrim.

Allen Gaels have turned to former Aughnawillan manager Sean Pierson to guide them in 2018, replacing Kevin Nolan in the position.

County champions Mohill are still on the look out for a new manager after Padraic Davis' decision to bring the curtain down on his successful reign with the club.

Also seeking a new manager are Melvin Gaels who are looking to replace Liam Gilmartin who was in charge when the side won the IFC title two years ago.

It is a busy time for clubs and those who are retaining their managers from this year can breath a sigh of relief in the knowledge that they don't have to go down this route.
