There will be three contests at this year's Leitrim GAA convention.

The deadline for nominations closed last week and there will be contests for the role of assistant treasurer, central council delegate and two Connacht council delegate positions.

For the position of assistant treasurer, outgoing Connacht council delegate Jim Meehan goes up against Pat Feely who is the outgoing Development Officer.

Outgoing assistant treasurer John Mulvey runs against Feely and incumbent Enda Tiernan for the Connacht council positions.

The Central Council seat will be a battle between outgoing vice-chairman Sean O'Sullivan, Stephen Flynn and Enda Tiernan.
