Donie Brennan is €10,000 richer after winning the Laois All-County Clubs Members draw this week.
The Arles/Killeen clubman was presented with his cheque before the Laois v Wicklow Leinster MFC clash in O'Moore Park on Wednesday night. A brilliant underage talent, Brennan was still a minor when he was handed his senior debut by Mick O'Dwyer in the Leinster SFC final replay of 2004.
He subsequently won two Leinster U21 medals, but his senior career proved to be short-lived and he moved into coaching in recent years.
