This weekend sees an attractive double header take place at Nowlan Park.

All four semi-finalists impressed in their quarterfinal wins last weekend and the scene is set for two exciting games this Sunday afternoon.

First up is the meeting of O'Loughlin Gaels and Rower-Inistioge at 2pm and this is a fascinating tie, but the city team go in as favourites.

In the second semi-final at 3.45pm, defending champions Clara take on former champions Ballyhale Shamrocks and this could well be the game of the year.

Both sides are in excellent form and Ballyhale are still in the hunt for a league and championship double, which could drive them on in this clash.
