Congratulations to the senior footballers who captured the Division One title for the first time in the club's history on Saturday evening last. They defeated Athy 1-10 to 1-08 in a ding dong battle that went right down to the wire with Celbridge's superior fitness just edging it in the end. Well done also to the senior hurlers who qualified for the championship semi-final following their 0-19 to 2-06 win over Coill Dubh on Saturday. They play their final group game on this Saturday v Confey in Leixlip @6.30pm. The third team footballers were beaten 2-14 to 0-09 by Sarsfields on Monday in the quarter final of the championship. The U-16 hurlers had a comfortable 5-08 to 2-07 win over Naas on Monday last.

Summer Camp

Celbridge GAA club will host a Summer Camp for children aged 4 to 12 years of age, starting next Monday 18 August 2014. The children will receive expert tuition in hurling, football and camogie from our coaches many of whom are county stars in all three codes. Please see attached for further details.
