Legends gather for charity match

This year's Hurling for Cancer Research game will take place at St Conleth's Park, Newbridge on Tuesday, August 12th.

A who's who of the hurling world take part in this clash as stars of yesteryear don their togs for this worthwhile cause.

Along with the GAA legends which include DJ Carey, Mark Landers, Pat Fox, TJ Ryan and Nicky English, members of the racing world will also participate as Jim Bolger and Davy Russell will also be involved.

The action throws in at 6.30pm and Wexford's Liam Griffin and Kilkenny's Brody will manage the teams.
