Deadline for ladies job extended

October 02, 2014

The deadline to fill the vacant Kerry Ladies football manager's post has been extended to next Friday, October 10th.

The delay is thought to be over the Kerry Ladies Football Board being given sufficient time to draw up some policies and go over the selection process.

William O'Sullivan stepped down the Kingdom job after their All-Ireland quarter-final defeat to Dublin in the summer and the present race for the hot seat is thought to be between current U21 boss Connie O'Connor and former U16 All-Ireland winning manager Billy Managan.

Individuals interested for the position of the senior team can contact secretary of the Kerry Ladies County Board, Mary Courtney.
