Wexford hurler Aidan Nolan is the latest player to join their ever increasing injury list ahead of the All-Ireland SHC qualifier against Offaly.

Nolan missed the Leinster SHC clash against Dublin through injury, but had returned to training since then. However, he broke down last week following a recurrence of the knee injury that has plagued him of late.

Wexford manager Liam Dunne must already plan without long term injury victims Andrew Shore and Shane Tomkins, while Shaun Murphy and Liam Ryan will definitely miss the Offaly game on July 2nd.

Dunne did have some good news for the Wexford People as he revealed that James Breen and Conor McDonald were back in full training and he is keen for his charges to produce a performance.

"The last time Offaly came to Wexford Park we all know what happened. We got two early goals, decided to switch off and lost the game. A side is always given a chance to redeem themselves. Wexford now has the opportunity, but Offaly will also be looking at this game as one they potentially can win."
