Defending champions Corofin have a few injury concerns ahead of Sunday's Galway SFC final against Salthill/Knocknacarra.

The main two concerns for the champions are Martin Farragher and Liam Silke who are in a race against time to prove their fitness.

Speaking to the Tuam Herald, Corofin manager Kevin O'Brien admitted that both players have it all to do to be ready.

"Martin pulled his hamstring the week before the semi-final so he's a doubt. He's probably 50-50 at this stage," said O'Brien.

"Liam Silke got a knock on the Friday night before that game. If it was any other game he probably wouldn't have played, so when we were ahead we took him off.

"I don't think there was 60 minutes in him anyway. He's a doubt, hasn't trained since that."
