Galway hurling fans will be making their way to Kenny Park this Sunday afternoon as the SHC semi-finals take place.

An exciting double header is in place as the four remaining teams battle it out for a place in this year's county final.

The first semi-final sees Gort and Craughwell go head to head. The former will be favourites to advance to another final.

Neighbours St Thomas and Loughrea in what should be a cracking affair between two very good hurling sides.

Both teams have exceptional talents in their side, but St Thomas' gets the nod to prevail on this occasion.
