Spice up the provinces for 2018/any takers?

To make the provinces exciting going forward I would like to see fresh reforms and keep the system for now with back doors Connacht Fermanagh Offaly Longford NY ( they would receive a new visitor every 7 years) Leitrim Sligo Galway Mayo Munster London Cork Kerry Tipp Waterford Wexford Clare Ulster the 8 remaining Leinster the 9 remaining suckvalleypaddy (Galway) - Posts: 1676 - 09/10/2016 13:54:50 1924202 Link
