Over the last 6 seasons, Dublin, Kerry and Mayo have all been found guilty of using their location within the country as a blatant advantage to getting to the latter stages of the championship. By strategically placing themselves within their respective provinces, each county has reaped the benefits of easy paths to All Ireland semi finals. Each of these teams has been an ever present in the semi finals at the least since 2011. In that time on only 2 occasions have these teams lost a provincial match. I think it's time that this most obvious examples of cheating is resolved. I for one think all 3 should be transplanted into Ulster and let Cavan, Antrim and Derry into one of each of the other provinces.
