Doesn't matter if you're rich or poor, Phd-educated or left school at 15, or a world-class athlete, anyone can have mental health issues. Doesn't have to be depression, could be anxiety, lack of confidence, assertiveness or lack of it, a lot of things. If it stops you getting out of bed in the morning, if you've a knot in your stomach because you're fearful about something and it's affecting your health then it's a problem. Try talking to someone and stay safe and well and things will get better. Maybe slowly but you'll get there.
