I think bigger clubs from urban areas in particular should be restricted in the number of players they are allowed to use in a match day squad that have been transferred from other clubs. They should be allowed no more than say 4 in a match day squad with no more than 3 on the field at anyone time. Losing quality players can be hard enough for any club never mind a small struggling rural club. I think there needs to be measures put in place to restrict this and in particular to stop players transferring to clubs in the capital. Playing numbers are strong enough up there without clubs approaching players and turning there heads.
