Provincial/All Ireland Club Championships 2015/16

(Oldest Posts First)

I haven't see a thread on this as yet, apologies if there is, Admin feel free to merge if there is.

We are now entering the Provincial Club season, this weekend takes a look at the hurling championships, who do we think will win/do well or bomb totally?

I'm going to have an uneducated guess who will win what game this weekend, winners in bold -

Munster club SHC quarter-final
Sixmilebridge (Clare) v Na Piarsaigh (Limerick)

Ulster club SHC final
Cushendall v Slaughtneil

Ulster club IHC final
Creggan (Antrim) v Carrickmore (Tyrone)

Ulster club JHC final
Ballela (Down) v Eoghan Rua (Derry)

Feel free to add, ridicule or talk about who will do well in your province if they are not listed above!

I think Carrickmore might edge out Creggan, I also think na piarsaigh will be too strong for sixmilebridge. I agree re Slaughtneil and Eoghan Rua

We could have a strange situation of no antrim clubs representing ulster on the hurling front, may possibly be a first I think

Ulster holders out of the football, a bit of a shock! Tasty semi-final tie between Kilcoo and Cross coming up!!

Slaughtneil were pretty unlucky in the hurling final too, epic performance from them!

Hard to see past Corofin for the Connacht senior football championship, though hopefully Castlebar Mitchels will give them a good rattle if they get over Clan na Gael.
