Silly post. To clarify though: It is because of fines that Buckley had the bib. The GAA fine teams who have/allow staff members on the sideline or to run onto the pitch. Fines will not be handed out however for designated people like the water carriers, physio, doctor and manager. I presume either of the two lads didn't want to wear it so they could get Buckley to pass on messages to the players on the pitch if they wanted to without being fined by the GAA for having too many on the sideline/pitch.
