And last but not least - Eoin Larkin. Much as Waterford (and probably most of Ireland) would love it if Kilkenny played with 14 men. It was my clumsiness when I copied and pasted from the Kilkenny GAA site, got a bit excited on seeing the team.

Ha no problem cockney. As usual, very strong looking team. Will be interesting to see if Waterford can penetrate that KK full back line.Heading in myself,so looking forward to a good game.

No one wants me to be wrong more than myself but if I was a betting man I think kk at minus 7 is a Very safe bet unfortunately. I'd be surprised if Waterford get within 10 points to be honest.

I just don't see how a 4 or 5 man forward line can score enough against that Kilkenny defence.

I would love if I'm wrong!

According to a piece in the Irish Times, Austin Gleeson may switch to the attack to provide greater menace, this being offset by Darragh Fives' return from injury. That said, I agree with your prediction on the margin of points win to Kilkenny.

Getting train up to Heuston now. Waterford-Kilkenny is on the same line so train is a nice mixture of fans. Honestly can't see us losing today, I don't think Waterford will have enough firepower. Even though my heart mightn't agree, hopefully it's a close, exciting game, championship needs it.

Kilkenny should win those one handy enough I'd suggest.
Tipp v Galway should be closer.
Easier path to final for Kilkenny no doubt.

Heading in myself at the moment. As a neutral,im hoping Waterford can stay with KK for as long as possible.Im not ruling out an upset here, but the cats to win by 3-5 points.

Probably a step too far for Waterford but it would be great for the game if they could pull it off.

Cats win by whatever score they like I'd imagine. Great year for Waterford but I'm afraid it ends here. The other game much harder to call

I heard a rumour that Richie Hogan won't start due to injury. Anyone else hear it?

Anyone's ge lads, KK could of scoring more goals. But our backs holding up good, the goal TJ got was the luck of the draw. Hopefully An entertaining second half. Hon the Deise

Classic Michael Fennelly theatrics at abt 25 minute mark....... jumps on Waterford player and rides him into ground then looks at referee with outstretched arms and expression that says "how we are Kik could you possibly call a free against me there, especially since I'm Michael Fennelly and we are Kilkeeny?"

When will GAA powers that sprout some guts and stand up to this blatant and conspicuous foul play.
Kilkenny are right play this "over the edge" game and will continue to do so until GAA and other clubs , did I mention GPA? take a united ,collective stand.
Where is Donal Og and and his vocal band ? Thebsilence is deafening, or could be perhaps be muted by TV contracts?

Spouting your nonsense already? You're not in AI final yet, there's the matter of Galway first.

English cat what are you on about??
Where did I say we are in the final? Ye were playing Waterford today! Have you an obsession with Tipp? Did the limerick fan not say something similar....
Makes you look a bit silly there!!
Hard luck Waterford. Unfortunately just gave away 1-3 in soft scores that could have been avoided. Great to see Waywrford back with the best.
Kilkenny will be delighted to get through and get games into the two Fennelys. I think they will need Richie Power back for the final

Congrats to the cats on reaching another final day decider. They went about their business in the usual steely, efficiant manner. They didnt offer Waterford any breathing space up front, although the Deise did themselves no favours by playing just 2 inside for most of game.A Waterford goal just didnt seem likely.
