Read the article yesterday about a Sunday session being cancelled as it broke a rule with it being the 4th session in a week.
Seriously is that where we are at in GAA? 17 and 18 year olds expected to train Saturdays and Sundays after most likely having the holes ran off them the Tuesday and Thursday. Have to get up for school/collage/work and or study. Probably playing with the schools and clubs as well.
We just flog our players. Seriously what would Sundays session have done for them towards there long term goals? Would rest not be better? Think there is a savere selfishness out there among modern day managers/coaches
