Two universities kicked out of the Sigerson due to playing illegal players. This along with the Andrew Shore incident shows the disregard some clubs/managers have for the rules. What ban, if any will be given to the players or secretaries etc seen as Shore received 48 weeks

In fact, from reading the article what I don't get is that Queens didn't play any ineligible players due to a previous ruling a number of years back but it seems that a couple of years back there was a decision not to allow sabbatical roles to play.
