On August 24th, the first of the All Ireland football semi finals take place. In the opener, Mayo will play Kerry in the minor game. Then in the main event, Mayo and Kerry play.

And, on the 31st, Dublin play Donegal in the minor semi final and, if all goes to form (Dublin beat Monaghan and Donegal beat Armagh), Dublin and Donegal clash in the senior game.

Will it be the first time this has ever happened if it does?

Could not answer that but it would be the first time Donegal got the two teams there on the same day that is providing we beat Armagh.
If we do that would give us a chance to not alone beat Dublin but to give them TWO BEATINGS on the same day. What a day that would be for Donegal football
