Ireland's Fittest Family

(Oldest Posts First)

For anyone interested it's on at 7:30 tonight. Davy fitz is one of the coaches in it so should be interesting, never mind hilarious judging by him on the sideline.

Irelands fittest family gaa rugby

Did anyone see Irelands fittest family tonight? Davey fitz had three families. One family a gaa playing monaghan family, one a gaa farming family and the last family (the favourites) a rugby playing family. The rugby family had all the new fad gear like battle ropes and plyometric boxes etc and aesthetically were much more powerful and strong looking. Well the good aul tough gaa families blew the rugby family out of the water!! Good old school farm work and gaa training is a great mix! Ps I come from a scientific background in sport and appreciate the latest methods of strength and conditioning and the science behind sport. great to see though!!

Yes it was funny to see the two Gaa Families beating these posh accents with all their guff....Davy Fitz was definetly the most entertaining of the trainers although the athletic crowd from cavan look favourites at this stage!

like i said on here before, these gym heads are pure useless, all pumped up and as weak as cats p*ss. The proof is is the pudding. The proof is always in the pudding, because its the only thing that counts.
