Depends, Kilkenny used not be that bad at underage. It was only around Under 21 when players threw their lot in with the hurlers that they used to fall off. There's nothing to say these minors are way off. That said maybe they should have entered a team into the Leinster minor league instead of Tipperary entering a team into it.

county board meeting in Kilkenny reported one trainng session only had a single player turn up to it. That says how interested they will be in this game tonight. Tomorrow will see people on surprised at the massive scoreline, how it was a waste for Kildare and how Kilkenny do nothing for football. It'll be groundhog day again. And yet the same debates will rage after tonights game.
