Donegal vs Laois

(Oldest Posts First)

Just wondering how Laois are shaping up this year, any Laois fans in the know? A team I always enjoy watching, some fine players but how confident are Laois fans about this trip north?

Well first of all why wont ye tell us where its on,, Northern conspiracy again. Heading to Ballyshannon regardless. I was happy with the result on sat night, even though they let a 10 point lead vanish, but showed a bit of pride in last 5 mins. will probably end up in the bottom half but should get 3 or 4 more points, none this weekend i reckon, the average size is increased a bit with Kingston, Begley O Loughlin, probably 4 or 5 Town lads to come in still, although 2 may go to hurling, and a couple from suspension following the chimozzle agin kildare. still, hope springs eternal.

Its good to know you enjoy watching, I've been at it since 1965 and I'm still not sure

You wouldn't be the Gallagher lad I played indoor against in Boston about 10 years ago ( no about a month before 911 actually ) we did a fair bit of kicking that night and had a few bottles after some of those yanks have no sense of humour do.

We're a big county horse, hard to know which ground to take you's to! I imagine the decision is left late as possible as a sporting attempt to throw opposing teams off a bit. Don't really know whether that works, depends how the Laois lads look at it! If you go to Ballyshannon and the game ends up in Ballybofey, just keep driving!

Hope springs eternal..think that applies to Donegal's situation as well!

No, never been in the US in my life lad, living/working in Britain at the minute.

Good luck to all players involved.
