Having played both Armagh and Monaghan already how is it decided who they meet in the qualifiers? Would they play Armagh because that was the earliest game in the Ulster championship for them? dubdec99 (Dublin) - Posts: 180 - 16/07/2017 13:15:23 2017401 Link 0 |
I would think they will just have a draw. and whatever pairings come out then that's it. s goldrick (Cavan) - Posts: 5518 - 16/07/2017 13:22:36 2017403 Link 0 |
Maybe Down won't be in the qualifiers

I don't think that's right because down can't play monaghan again ... cause they met in provincial semi final ... so that means down v Armagh and monaghan v kildare does it not?

Agree it's either Armagh or Monaghan for Down - it's surprising as I thought they couldn't meet them again and a big ask to motivate themselves after a gallant defeat and their opponents on a winning run.

Good comeback Dec :) My point is you should have waited until after the Ulster Final before setting this thread up out of respect to Down. Killarney.87 (Tipperary) - Posts: 2513 - 17/07/2017 01:53:14 2017795 Link 0 |
