Great result by Kerry, to win in Tyrone at any time is hard but doing it to try and keep D1 status was unreal, cheers to the dubs as well!! dubes (Kerry) - Posts: 69 - 07/04/2013 17:27:31 1362357 Link 0 |
i know it didn't effect the outcome of the game, but how was tyrone's at the end allowed? kerryluck (Kerry) - Posts: 2517 - 07/04/2013 17:27:55 1362358 Link 0 |

Erm, haven't you got more to worry about missdown than Tyrone cuisine? brendtheredhand (Tyrone) - Posts: 10897 - 07/04/2013 17:39:29 1362379 Link 0 |
I said before that Kerry football was finished, well I'm eating my words now, and fair play to them for the great escape. Donegal going down is a big surprise, they have no strength in depth, a few injuries will hurt them badly. Sergeant_Slash (Cavan) - Posts: 2182 - 07/04/2013 17:49:38 1362395 Link 0 |
A game of two refs in Ballybofey. Shocking performance from the replacement referee! Lifford Gael (Donegal) - Posts: 1925 - 07/04/2013 17:53:32 1362400 Link 0 |
Disappointing result & outcome at the end of the day. Well done to both Kerry & Mayo. MuckrossHead (Donegal) - Posts: 5028 - 07/04/2013 17:59:22 1362404 Link 0 |
Donegal didn't get many breaks today, and were a little unlucky with some of the baffling decisions from the replacement referee, but over the course of the campaign, there can be few complaints. The damage was done with the dreadful performance in Castlebar. Hopefully this is the wake up call they need ahead of the championship. Well done to both Mayo and Kerry petejoeduff (Donegal) - Posts: 329 - 07/04/2013 18:04:59 1362411 Link 0 |
i see some people are using the excuse that tyrone had nothing to play for and thats the only reson why kerry stayed up, kerry would have been near the top if they had all the players at the start of the league, won all last 3 games when they had close to a full strength team. kerryluck (Kerry) - Posts: 2517 - 07/04/2013 18:05:00 1362412 Link 0 |

Great excitement for the few teams in div 1 but i'll say it again semi finals for a group of 8 is silly. Gaa_lover (USA) - Posts: 3329 - 07/04/2013 18:07:49 1362419 Link 0 |

Thought Marty Duffy had a great game for Kerry. Gave good protection to Cooper and Donaghy. Even intercepted a first half Tyrone pass. Also managed to blow the game up when Tyrone had a possible chance of getting an equaliser. tyroneed (Tyrone) - Posts: 753 - 07/04/2013 18:26:11 1362444 Link 0 |
