dublin have had a better record outside of croke park in leinster before 2005 as when was the last time dublin lost a leinster championship match outside croke park?

40 years ago this summer: 1973 in Navan to Louth in a first round replay.

"Down are all but down. They need to not only win but for two of Kerry, Donegal, and Mayo to all lose. Not only that but one of Donegal and Mayo must lose heavily in order for Down to make up the massive score deficit they currently have in any potential three-way tie."
That's interesting, thought they had a better chance of staying up. Our match is really a dead-rubber so.

Hopes for the weekend so would be just to finish the table so that we avoid Dublin in rest of the league. Also wouldn't mind Laois coming up as it'd be great to rekindle that rivalry but can't see Westmeath being too bothered against Derry so that'll be that I'd say.

Whats the Division 1 predictions for next weekend then?

Tyrone v Kerry: Possibly the match of the weekend. Kerry are starting to come good and could cause problems, while Tyrone are in the Semi finals, they may look for some revenge after the thumping the took in Killarney last season.
Verdict: Tyrone

Down v Kildare:
I think Down will win this game, But they will be relegated at the end of the day regardless.
Verdict: Down

Cork v Mayo: Expecting Cork to fill the last playoff spot after Tyrone, Dublin and Kildare. However Mayo will test their resolve in what should be a high octane battle.
Verdict: Cork

Donegal v Dublin: With Dublin already qualified and Donegal playing at home, I would say Donegal for this one. But if I was to base it on performance and form this season so far, Dublin would be the clear favourites to win this game. I don't think it will be an overly great game overall.
Verdict: Draw

League Semi Finals

Tyrone v Cork: Verdict Cork
Dublin v Kildare Verdict Dublin

League final
Dublin v Cork: Verdict Dublin ( by a point ).

Relegated: Down and Kerry.

TYRONE V KERRY KERRY said this before they wont want to be playing div2 next year that we be enough to drive them on imo
DOWN V KILDARE KILDARE feel abit sorry for down they have played so well this year just things have'nt went their way reminds me of the dublin hurlers last year if that makes any sense :-)
CORK V MAYO CORK
DUBLIN V DONEGAL DUBLIN This all depends on the squad gavin picks ALSO with donegal jim having no interest in the league it could go anyway too but dublin look the better side to date...

Donegal v Dublin - Donegal will win this as Dublin will have a fairly under strength team out. This and also the fact that we are already through will turn the game in Donegals favour

Down v Kildare - Kildare should win this

Cork v Mayo - Cork's home advantage to swing it for them

Tyrone v Kerry - Would like to see Kerry win it. So Kerry.

Dublin will put out an under strength team as a bad beating for the full side would damage their fragile confidence!!!!!

If teams finish level on points in the League, How will they then be seperated?

I would assume score difference, but possibly final league positions could be decided based on head to heads between two teams.

if two teams finish level on points it goes on head to head.
if three teams finish on points it goes on points difference.

Cheers WaynoI, You are obviously a man of taste, discernment & good judgement. What part of the country were your people from before they went to Dublin?
