History has been made"
Know it's a different era but Wexford won 6 successive Leinster football titles and 4 successive All Ireland's yet never get mentioned in the greatest teams. GAA should do something next year to commorate the 100th anniversary of the first ever 4 in a row team.

Credit where it is due but in reality the one thing Dublin need to do to be on a par with other great counties is the 4 All-Ireland's in a row. After that maybe go for the 5 in a row. As it stands, their tally of 4 All-Ireland's in 6 years is extremely impressive, however being caught on the hop by Mayo in 2012 & Donegal in 2014 and also the collapse in the drawn game v Mayo last year when Mayo neutralised Cluxton's kick outs, points to questions that still need to be answered.

I'd still rank Dublin's achievements below those of say the Kilkenny hurlers from 2006-2012 (a 4 in a row, 6 out of 7) .

The frightening thing though is the quality of player Dublin are producing along with the lack of fear these players have. Their physical conditioning is first class. To say that's down to money or facilities is wrong. It is down to the tone being set at the top - these players all look after themselves and know if they don't their place is gone. Their ability to work as individuals or as part of a well drilled team makes it hard to see them being beaten. Well done to Jim Gavin & his Management team there for setting & maintaining these levels. This Dublin team has the potential to go on and break other records and could potentially be the first 5 in a row side.

For now, well done on the record, they play some great football.
