The point is that these individuals have no real interest in the adopted county, Kelly in Kerry is different he had family likes to the Kingdom.
But once we allow this we are allowing a transfer system..... there a rumours and counter talk of jobs/cars/ gifts being promised to go and play for another county.... it does happen.

A very well known former all-star nominee is now playing with Warickshire, but will he be living there after the Lory Meagher!!

Yep. Both living in Longford though. I think Bart opted out this year.

Sure the Kerry and Kildare lads living there too! Dublins only Leinster this decade they had Galway Tipp and Limerick lads in first 15... if a lad is living in a county he should be able to play for them and still travel home to keep his club going...
