Thanks Keeper 7 The point is that these individuals have no real interest in the adopted county, Kelly in Kerry is different he had family likes to the Kingdom. But once we allow this we are allowing a transfer system..... there a rumours and counter talk of jobs/cars/ gifts being promised to go and play for another county.... it does happen. Dublins only Leinster this decade they had Galway Tipp and Limerick lads in first 15... if a lad is living in a county he should be able to play for them and still travel home to keep his club going...
